I had a Topper a few weeks ago and other machine made some years ago. In my opinion the Topper is the best machine made. That said, machine made cigars aren't in the same class as a nice hand made. I'm not sure why you posted your question, but there are some hand mades that are very good and inexpensive.
There arent many decent machine mades that I am aware of. I have had a few that have natural wrappers that arent bad. The Marsh Wheelings, and a few other dry cure smokes are not bad for a quick cigar but as Ronp says there are so many handmades now that are about the same price as a machine made and are far superior in taste.
