I received two of these from Famous-Smoke almost a month ago. I immediately smoked one (as I always do, I just can't help myself) and set the other one in the humi for a little naptime before I did my review on them.
These cigars start out with the typical spiciness of Nicaraguan tobaccos but with a little smoothness added. I couldn't quite put my finger on how to describe it. It's almost like a little of the edge was taken off. Perfect draw and burn and the wrapper was beautiful.
I like Olor Fuerte but these are even better. The cigar built as it got shorter but never to the point where it kinda burned your tongue. It is a good rounded but full bodied libeto.
Get's an 8? on the tac-o-meter.
I generally had a favorable impression of these smokes. I thought they were a nice middle of the road robusto. Nothing really stood out, balanced, good burn, flavor was ok. I have to be honest though when I saw the price I was a little shocked. For the money I would say buy a box of Don Tomas classico robustos. They are about half the price and a better cigar.
